Yes, during the 80s when interest rates rose to 16%, we felt the pressure, but we maintained good relationships with our banks.

Q: What's your current sort of scope and scale?

We have 200 buildings or projects and 2.7 billion in assets under administration.

We are doing extensive lobbying for provincial and federal assistance and focusing on incentivizing developers to address housing shortages.

I've been a councillor for 13 years, and I've seen the consequences of poor housing policy. My experiences have motivated me to push for better development solutions.
