Jessica is a fantastic voice in this space - clear, compassionate, and generous with her insight. She brings brilliant guests, but I particularly love her solo ‘Jessica’ episodes. Gold dust. I’d highly recommend this podcast to anyone trying to thrive at work while raising a family.
I’d highly recommend this podcast. Not only is it incredibly powerful to hear the experiences of other women and feels like a big hug on a tough day, but the coaching episodes are like a free coaching session. I’ve been loving listening to them in the car when doing nursery drop off.
A fantastic podcast that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone returning from a break and anyone supporting a returner. It’s warm, insightful and Jessica’s passion shines through.
Jessica’s hosting of this massively insightful podcast is fantastic- she really gets the best out of her varied podcast guests and there’s SO many nuggets of golddust info! As a recent returner to work after maternity leave, I’ve found it’s really helped me with my approach to managing the change, both at home and at work. Thanks Jessica :)
