I can’t afford real therapy, but this feels like the next best thing. I always come away from an episode feeling a little bit better as a person. Forever grateful I found this podcast.
These episodes feel so cozy, calming, honest, and real. I love to listen when I’m feeling a little more slow and contemplative. Beautiful chemistry, respect, and edification between mom/daughter, too, which is especially heart warming and inspiring to experience 💗

It’s calming, insightful, and NEVER boring. I love ... more
Ive listened from present day back to 2020. The connection I feel with my own Dad who passed in 2021, has been made more solid by all that Karen +Kelly have shared and taught. What a treasure it has become to learn about the spirit world and their connection to us.
