I really like the conversation of both of you guys, great topics and approach, but there’s just one thing that is annoying for me AF, is that slurping sound, probably you have a good microphone, that make really uncomfortable for me to hear. I always have to skip the intro because, where most of that sound is present. Don’t take it wrong but just a recommendation, not everyone enjoy that sound. Cheers mates, from Colombia.
Real coffee talk from real coffee people. I love the candor and the curiosity in these conversations. The world of coffee roasting is often a confusing one and these guys make more accessible. Great work!
I’m an avid home coffee roaster and find this podcast to hit the right notes: extremely informative without being snooty or elitist, yet not dumbed down. These guys know that anyone can learn to become a skilled roaster no matter the demographic. Their discussions are relatable, funny, thoughtful, socially aware, honest and helpful. Excellent work.
Just discovered these guys and found out they’re local to my area! Really been diving into the deep end of roasting, starting to home roast, and plan to start a roastery. The variety and simplicity that they explain things with, while having a great enjoyable time, makes this a top notch podcast in my tool kit! 10/10
I don’t do reviews much but feel like I am compelled to do so, I listen to multiple podcasts pertaining to coffee and this one is a great one, these guys are awesome very nice and informative also getting some laughs along the way, great work keep it up!!
