This couple is the number one reason I chose to pursue a career in nursing and chose to go to WGU! I’m active duty military and I know it will be hard, but you guys’ podcast and YouTube channel keep me motivated to pursue my dream. I wish you both the best!
I’m not in the medical field at all. Stumbled on this podcast and really enjoy the hosts and the realness they bring to the profession.
Excellent podcast, keep going!
I stumbled upon this Gem of a podcast in Sep 2021. I was burnt out MedSurg RN looking for perspective from other RNs. With the entire healthcare system being turned upside down due to pandemic and nurses truly at the forefront of it all I love listening to the content because they keep in real 💯
Such a great podcast to listen to!! Funny and I love how you all shed light on important topics
These two nurses show you that learning more makes you a better nurse! Entertaining, educational, inspirational! I’m definitely going toward ICU nursing and this is a great podcast to learn about what it’s like.
This is a great podcast, and as somebody who’s worked with Cordero for the last year, I promise you that he’s worth paying attention to!
Some of my classmates have had you guys during clinical...so very impressed! Loving this!
This is a fun podcast to watch. As a nursing student, and PCT, I love listening to this podcast because it’s relatable and they give you a lot of gems to take into your life and the nursing profession!
I really enjoy the short length and raw conversation of this nursing podcast. The discussions are very helpful and relatable. However, some of the episodes are kind of ignorant about other types of floor nursing and their difficulty. I’m a med/surg nurse and hearing that they said in the ICU you can’t “be tasky” and have to critically think is definitely true but to do a good job on other floors you have to critically think as well. You have anywhere from 4-6 patients on med/surg you have to jug... more
Solid podcast, that I can relate to especially since I’m about a year into my nursing career. Hope to listen to more episodes soon!
I really love you guys YouTube channel and podcast. I have a question for you guys. Would it be smart to become a LPN first then go on to become an ADN?
This podcasts is a peak into the lives of two essential workers sharing their day to day and how they balance marriage, and life on the job in a intellectual comedic way.
Hands down this is the best podcast out right now for the healthcare field!!!🙌🏾 I haven’t found a podcast yet or YouTube video that honestly explains what it takes to become a nurse or any health professional during this current time! Monica and Dero both do a great job addressing better ways to take care of patients during a crisis at work! Thank you both for being authentic and shedding light on the field of nursing!!! 🙏🙏🙏
