I love the show but the ads when read by Liz sound mechanical.
I can’t stand it so I always fast forward through them…isn’t that opposite the goal?

I don’t mean to be mean, just being honest.
What a pointless episode. If you are coming on a podcast to talk about skincare and you can’t even name the brands of serums that you use. So basically you came to promote your own skincare line which is ok but didn’t really give any value add advice. Same trend for the rest of episodes. Great topics but very little input and knowledge included.
I just find the information in each episode so enlightening… every time. Even I am not particularity interested in the said topic… I always learn a “gem” of info.
The questions asked are always exactly what I would ask. I just love this podcast!
Drink your water, reduce stress, think positive. Ugh.
Blather, blather …. My journey… at the end of the day…. Own this experience. WORD SALAD!
Finally a beauty podcast that is not just a list of products you can buy to “fix” your skin issues! I love this podcast, brava to Alexandra Engler for making a holistic, informative show!
