  • Come back to Classic Flow again and again

I discovered classic flow 4-5 years ago and I find myself coming back to Lara’s sequences again and again, especially when I recognise that I need to be grounded in something familiar. I have a deep appreciation for the the way lara guides my through the asanas with just the right amount of pointers. Recently I have become a fan of the mini mindfulness series. Perfect for a quick mindfulness practice throughout the day. Thank you for creating this gift.

  • Wholehearted fusion of mind, body and spirit

The most beautiful fusion of Lara’s grounded open voice, her rich descriptive language and stunning evocative music to engage my mind and imagination, allowing me to move more deeply into the poses, to approach familiar poses in a new way, and enjoy exploring the movement of my body again. Thank you so much.
