As a busy mom, I listen… read the transcript and search for things that stick out or I may have missed. Pastor Jerry (OG) was what we needed in 2015. In what seemed like a blip, Pastor Trey stepped in. Change is inevitable; growth is optional and he has gracefully strived for this and much more. I have attended since 2016 (Malbis Campus). Pastor Trey has really matured as a Lead Pastor and I love the Teaching Team that is in place. Vocal about a broad biblical arc, this program features sermons that explore covenant, creation, and the life of Jesus through expository teaching and practical application. Recent episodes repeatedly tackle how scripture informs justice, unity, and daily faith, often tying ancient narratives to personal transformation and community impact. Notable strengths include a clear emphasis on inclusive practices, generous action, and a king-centric perspective on life that challenges self-rule with a call to trust God and live missionally. The mix of Old Testament exploration, Easter themes, and covenant-focused series likely appeals to listeners who want rigorous theology paired with actionable faith.
