  • I stopped listening to this because the hosts are grating

Bianca Martin’s laughter at inopportune moments interrupts the conversation and stops the guests from finishing their points.

The snarky tone of the podcast makes the judgement is louder than the story they’re reporting.

City Cast Madison should learn from City Cast Chicago. Jacoby Cochran and his team are wonderful professionals who share great stories about the city’s politics and culture without snark. Their viewpoints come through but not at the expense of the story.

time for mayor satya to move on. she has caused enough damage in our city for us to say stop, no more! She represents a niche group snd not all citizens. I for one cannot wait to see her gone!

  • City Cast makes me feel like part of a community

TODAAAY!! I love the Madison hosts so much, they deliver news with a positive outlook and approachable tone. Listening to this regularly made me feel like a part of the city and aware of aspects to issues I would not have engaged with before. I love the national episodes. I just wish I had an easier way to catalog the episodes to just specific topics (like Friday new roundup only or restaurant episodes) or a list of all the restaurants they have spoken to in an easy format.
