  • The best climbing podcast

Fantastic podcast. I love the training content, but also just hearing their views on hot topics in the sport. I feel like they have the most reasonable perspectives and discuss both sides. No weird episodes about seed oils and other pseudoscience. And like that the episodes arent too long.

  • Love this show!

Thank you both for sharing your climbing journeys with us—so inspiring and motivating! I’ve been passionate about bouldering for almost two years now, and I’ve always found myself especially inspired by female climbers. Even though I’m not competing, hearing you talk about training and competition has been incredibly helpful. Can’t wait to keep learning from this show!

  • Interesting and informative

I love listening to this as a young female climber who looks up to both of you. I particularly liked the episodes about comparing your self and mental heath in climbing because those are things I relate to. Also Kyra, you started at the gym I go to, Saint Paul VE and the coaches are incredible now. They work hard to make climbing enjoyable and recognized that the climbing team there used to not be great. Anyone wondering if you should listen to this podcast you absolutely should!
