Finally! I found other people that think Illumination’s The Grinch is the best Grinch! I don’t know why people dislike it so much. Hopefully, one day it will get the credit it deserves. Also, totally agree - the Jim Carrey one is overrated. It always makes me feel bad when I watch it.
