It's a show about the raddest time of year in the baddest decade ever! That's right! We talk all things Christmas in the '80s to the max! Toys, movies, specials, music, books, games, comics, decorations, food, fashion, and fads--if it was gnarly during Christmas in the '80s, we got it covered!

  • Totally Rad!

As a Gen Xer (kid in the 80’s, teenager in the early 90’s) this podcast hits every nostalgic sweet spot. Gerry is a delight and it’s obvious he has a real affinity for everything he covers. I definitely prefer when he covers movies and TV and generally skip the episodes where he dissects pieces of music and specific songs. Most of the guests add a lot of fun insight to the discussions. A few exceptions were the two annoying, drunk ladies on the Who’s the Boss episode and the woman who seemed rea... more

  • Awesome! Totally Awesome!

If you grew up in the 80s, you won't find a better podcast than Totally Rad Christmas. Gerry's a great host, and I'm not saying that just because he's had me on so many times.

  • Listening to Totally Rad is Like Having a Conversation With A Friend

I love Totally Rad Christmas, even though I don't always relate to the 80's topics. I still find it interesting and there are times I have listened and he convinced me to go back to revisit some properties I previously thought I didn't like. I love his demeanor and laid back vibe. It fits with the whole structure of his show, plus awesome guests!
