  • Wonderful Podcast!

For far too long, the Palestinian Christian voice has been ignored. This podcast offers a different perspective than the evangelical Zionist perspective, which is ingrained in many American Christians. It’s refreshing to hear Christ being put back in the center, where He belongs.

Are Christians Supposed to Support Israel? with Tony Deik
Q: Does the Bible say that as Christians, we must support Netanyahu's state of Israel?
The Bible doesn't say to support the modern state of Israel; rather, it discusses the calling of Abraham and the blessings meant for all nations, emphasized in the New Testament through Christ.
Reconciling Justice with Salim Munayer
Q: As believers, followers of Christ, how do we pursue justice?
One must reflect on how their theology can be a blessing to others, including those perceived as oppressors, while striving for justice for all.
Reconciling Justice with Salim Munayer
Q: How do we deal with evil?
Dr. Munayer emphasizes that Jesus taught us to deal with evil through light and love not by responding to evil with evil, thus making the case for justice.
Reconciling Justice with Salim Munayer
Q: Should there be more than just acknowledgment? Should there be accountability?
Definitely, acknowledgment must lead to accountability for those who committed crimes, and injustice must be addressed to move forward toward genuine reconciliation.
Reconciling Justice with Salim Munayer
Q: What does justice look like for the people of Gaza today? Can we be practical?
Dr. Munayer suggests that the biggest injustice is the deprivation of humanity for the people of Gaza. Restoring humanity involves acknowledgment and the need for confessions and reparations, beyond just material compensation.
