This podcast has everything. Challenging chess positions, to the point commentary and explanations, and narrated by this model-sque lovely woman with a foreign exotic accent (who I just realised is a real chess champion not only a model...) Only quirk is there's a lot of funny ads and photos of this woman (not that I am complaining).

Highly recommendable. Chess positions ranging from historic tournaments until present. Very helpful indication for the level of complexity. Alexandra is the current Chess World Champion - so she knows what she is talking about. I don't think you will find many sports where you can get tips for free from the current world champion! Not only is she a great player, she makes the studies sound interesting, while still going into detail. She has a good voice and delivery, so you won't get bored listening to her all day! Best chess podcast on iTunes!
