Speak the truth
Cheap Seats Boxing is a great pod for all fans of boxing. Its hosts are knowledgeable yet don’t turn it into some overly technical show. The show does a good job of getting you excited for the good fights and let’s you know when not to get your hopes up.
Great recent episode
Cheap Seats Boxing keeps it real at all times! One of the top boxing podcasts out there!
Firstly I’d like to start off by saying that CHEAP SEATS BOXING TALK is undoubtedly one of the most unbiased boxing podcasts you can find anywhere. They adhere to no particular agenda other than critical evaluations of the fights and fighters themselves and most often times this honest approach lead the hosts to the right calls on fights or a ready admittance of being wrong when they’re off the mark. Having said that, I will also say that the show is by far the worst produced show on my roster o... more
So, the latest episode is a 20-seconds long explainer that I need to visit another platform to stream this podcast.
I’m sure ‘podomatic’ did it automatically, but are the people running this pod even paying attention? Wouldn’t you notice your latest episode in the Podcasts app (that ships with every iPhone, mind you) is 20 seconds long, and just remove it?
TIL ‘podomatic’ is garbage, and these podcasters don’t care enough to make sure their episodes load to other platforms correctly.
Couldn’t listen to the PAC/Thurman preview due to no bandwidth. That’s amateur stuff fellas. One star
Absolutely love this podcast. The show always gives great takes on upcoming fights, without the promotional bias you get in most other podcasts. JP and Angelo are perfect hosts, funny and obviously have a great friendship. Highly recommend checking Cheap Seats out.
People from Texas telling the truth about boxing. No favorites and no politics. They give credit when due and throw shade when it’s not.
I don’t have twitter so make up a tight handle for me if y’all shout this out.
Peace
Informative, amusing and good to get the US persepctive on the sport. It's not sensationalised, Angelo & JP do a great job of calling fights how they see them - look forward to every episode.
I go here for the US perspective on the sport. Amusing, good insight and interesting to hear the view from across the pond.
The only American podcast I listen to - always letting me know what's going on over the pond & interesting to see how their views compare to the UK
As a Brit, it's great to get the American view on the sport. Angelo and JP nail it - nothing too sensationalised and a good, non-biased approach.
Appreciate the hard work these guys put in - 300 episodes was a huge milestone. Well done gents, keep up the good work.

Congrats on hitting 300 shows, massive achievement. Keep up the good work gents.
These guys keep it 100. They focus on the fights and provide great analysis.
