Struggling as a change agent in a workplace set in its historical ways. I found this podcast and am absorbing it quickly. I just wish that the audio was better. Such a long-standing podcast with so many episodes could invest in improving the audio. I’m reluctant to recommend it to colleagues as I know they will struggle with the sound.
Really enjoy the 20-30 minute format, very accessible conversations.
As someone that is new in the field I found this extremely informative and helpful
Well done - execellent dialogue, content and helpful.
