Esther brings her typical kind and empathetic approach to delivering actionable knowledge around change. Change at the team level all the way up to the human sociological level. Each episode is short and to the point. Easy to listen to over again since there are so many pearls of wisdom to be absorbed. Very enjoyable and thought provoking. Esther brings much needed advice to a level that just makes sense! This is a must listen and share! You will want to come back for each new episode to grow in your leadership.
So many great nuggets in every episode. Give it a listen!
