  • Essential for a Pragmatic Leader

Esther brings her typical kind and empathetic approach to delivering actionable knowledge around change. Change at the team level all the way up to the human sociological level. Each episode is short and to the point. Easy to listen to over again since there are so many pearls of wisdom to be absorbed. Very enjoyable and thought provoking. Recently, I have expressed to team members that we should look for some Steering Signals when attempting to implement or enable a change. Delightful.
