ソウル観光の話は続く。聖水エリアを中心に、リノベーション建築があまりにボロボロで最高だという話と、その背景と、ボロボロリノベの原点にして頂点である、onionへの聖地巡礼の話。
商業施設というアセットタイプにあまり興味のない私ですが、新世界百貨店とJWマリオットの間に位置する「新世界ハウス」は、百貨店とホテル(の商業部分)のその先に向かっている感じがして面白かった、という話。
ニュウマン高輪もまだ行けていないが、そういう感じで開発と契約と内装の境目のチャレンジに興味がある人は行ってみるといいと思う。
