Hanako Tomitaまっすぐ生きたいから、ときどき寄り道をする。 Satisという名前には、2つの意味を重ねています。 1つは、サンスクリット語で「真実」「本質」を意味する Sat と、英語の is を掛け合わせた "Sat is"。 「真実とは何か」「本当の自分とは何か」という問いを大切にしたいという想いを込めています。 もう1つは、Satisfaction。 「満ち足りていること」という意味です。 真実を探求することと、今ここにある豊かさに気づくこと。 その2つが重なる場所が、Satisです。 この番組では、ヨガ講師兼山田流箏曲演奏家として活動する富田華子が、ヨガ哲学、日本の伝統文化、音楽、そして何気ない日々の出来事を通して、「豊かに生きること」を一緒に考えていきます。 コーヒーを片手に。 散歩の途中に。 眠る前のひとときに。 肩の力を抜いて、自分の心と静かに向き合う時間をお届けします。
