  • Poor sound quality

Terrible sound quality as you can barely hear them. Not sure if it’s their microphones or the sound mixer. The show itself is interesting; at least when I can hear it😁

  • A terrific podcast that keeps getting better

I’ve been enjoying this podcast all year, and I can’t believe that my favorite episode is the most recent one — after the season ended! The discussion of a future Celtics ownership change was in-depth and wise without being boring. Smart guys talking about a team they love as much as I do.

  • Low talker

I tried to listen to this podcast and found myself raising and lowering the volume constantly because one guy talks at a good volume while the other guy talked way too softly. And to make matters worse, the low talker talked way too fast and trailed off at the ends of sentences. I could barely understand him, even when I raised the volume. Then the guy who spoke at a reasonable volume would talk and I would have to quickly lower the volume.

The quality of the podcast was so annoying it detract... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

What might the Boston Celtics offseason moves look like?
Q: What is the most likely path for the Celtics this offseason?
The consensus is that the roster will see some combination of targeted trades or extensions, with a focus on cap flexibility and improving depth, rather than a single blockbuster move. They may extend key players like Jaylen Brown on a shorter deal, explore multi-team trades, and consider centers by committee, while evaluating youth like Sam Hauser and Amari Williams for future development.
The trial of whether the Celtics should trade Anfernee Simons
Q: What are the stakes involved in trading Anfernee Simons?
Trading Simons could disrupt the chemistry and performance of the current roster, preventing them from maximizing their championship potential.

What we think about the Celtics early-season success and what Boston ought to do next
Q: What should the Celtics do for the next stretch of the season?
They can't really buy, but should decide if they want to sell at the deadline, keep things the same, or prepare for a busy off-season.
