  • Truly the best podcasts for musicians

This is by far my favorite podcast I’ve ever listened to. As a musician in a band myself with big aspirations this podcast does a great job of talking very plainly about the industry and what it’s like to be in a successful band. It also of course lets someone like me who was raised by this scene get a backstage view of what these bands went through to make some of the most iconic records in my life. My only complaints are there’s not enough episodes and I really wish you guys would do a section... more

  • my favorite misinformation podcast 💖

to prepare for going to when we were young this year, i decided to learn about the bands playing that i didn't know, by listening to every album being played at the festival. this podcast has been a huge help in my journey, giving me a look into what the scene was like at the time each album was released and some context and culture that i was missing, plus interviews with people related to the albums. i may not have agreed with every opinion they had, but this isn't a review podcast; it's (most... more

  • My Favorite Music Pod

CD Burners is currently one of my favorite podcasts! I love the unique approach to not doing a track track retro review of the albums, but rather hopping in a time machine and exploring what life and the scene were like during the time of these albums, creation and releases. I appreciate the fresh insight. The guys are able to get from their interviews also! Great show and great dudes!
