  • Boring

Just like every other mtg podcast. Talk about how a new sets cards aren’t as good as an older card. And one guy says “like” twice in every sentence.

  • Good info but…

the incessant mouse clicking is incredibly distracting. Really enjoy the hosts and discussion when the noise isn’t being clicked though.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Cube Time
Q: What do you think the chances are that the Vintage Cube was pushed up due to Spider-Man's performance?
There's speculation that the Cube was likely intended for a later release date, but due to low player engagement, it was expedited to attract players back.
A Universe Far Far Beyond
Q: Do you feel like there's still a reasonable amount of skill that is involved or is it more on that RNG side?
In Vanguard, it's more RNG, but in Gundam, it's more skill, offering players more strategic options.
Spooky Scary Skeletons
Q: Do you think that there's going to be possibilities for like three color decks in this?
There are like so many overlaps between the archetypes that there’s potential for three color decks, especially with common dual lands and certain mechanics playing well together.
