WOO HOO PODCASTERS UNITE
This show is the poster child of nepotism - if you want reviewed - you need to join CastJunkie’s discord, get in his inner circle, otherwise you need to promote his show, promote the discord to get any attention. Nothing here is based on merit - it’s all about who you know.
Fantastic compass through the many good podcast episodes out there. Hopefully one day I will see mine reviewed as well. Well done!
Zach does an amazing job shining light on indie podcasts! He puts a lot of research into his shows and it’s my first stop when I’m in a podcast rut and need something new!!
Not only is CastJunkie an amazing podcast for discovering new shows, but Zach has created an amazing community of Indie podcasters and podcast listeners. His show has introduced us to so many new, awesome shows and we are forever grateful that his show and his community exists!
Best way to find new podcasts.
There are so many podcasts out there? So many Indie creators vying for room in your ear canal, which should you even pay attention to?
This guy is gonna let you know!
Let's be real... There's a lot of podcasts out there. And while that's absolutely wonderful, it creates a complication of sorts because how can you find your new favorite show? CastJunkie is one way. And a great way, in fact, given the care that Zach puts into the presentation.
Probably one of the nicest people I've talked to in the podcasting world. He's a great person and his show is just as great!
My go to when I'm trying to find a new podcast. Zach does a great job not only reviewing these shows each week but truly highlighting what each show is about. It's apparent he puts in so much work into finding each and every show, he is one of the few I trust for reccommendations.
I fully respect a show that gives you a short preview and 'why you should subscribe to this podcast', especially when it is fully transparent in the description, however, I found the show to be less than useful due to the positive filter. Essentially, I was unable to determine why I wouldn't enjoy a show before listening myself, so it's a curated list of shows this person enjoys, and our personal interests are definitely not always aligned, but I have no way of telling when this will be.

LOVE THE PODCAST! We would be honoured if you could review our podcast <3
I would never think about creating a one stop shop for podcast reviews. This is a very smart and really helpful service! Such great support for all podcasts, especially independent creators. I ALWAYS come away with more information that I could have imagined and I have found fantastic pods I may have never found on my own. Zach is a national treasure!
Melissa-Just the Tip-Sters podcast
On top of creating a great show, Zach is a leader in the field. He inspires so many to dedicate their time and their ambition to this independent and wild medium. Hats off to him.
