“The Capital Golf Gang” reflects who we are and where we are from. Steve Czaban, John Ronis, Ron Thomas and Jon Guhl — four golf fanatics, from four distinctly different “sectors” of the “industry” and we’ve lived here in the Washington D.C. area for most of our adult lives. Our goal for this golf podcast is to be ruthlessly entertaining, informative, and beholden to nobody. At times, our bare-knu... more

Came around and now listen to CGG regularly. Not just for Majors.
Good content from good guys. Keep it up.
The Woodland vs Woods coverage. Spot on! 👍🏼
Czabe brings a whole panel of guys with deep experience in the game and are totally unafraid to express their true feelings!
Huge Czabe fan/1%er!
only go to Capital Golf Gang for the majors. Not a big golfer myself.
Great job as always. Huge kudos getting Ron Thomas off ALL platforms. Congrats to Ronas, but seriously who books a gig on the final round of the Masters …that’s on him😀
Even though I'm a Cowboys fan, I rarely missed an opportunity to hear Czaban on Redskins radio 980. I missed hearing his snarky, upbeat and hilarious commentary when all that went to pot. Luckily I'm an avid golfer and Czaban is doing his thing for the game I love! Can't get enough of his incisive and cutting observations. Great podcast for the golf lover!

A lively Washington, D.C.–adjacent golf roundtable with deep insider knowledge of tours, gear, and course politics. Episodes frequently dissect the PGA Tour, LIV Golf, major championships, and gear culture, while weaving in local DC golf scene anecdotes, club governance, and personal travel stories. The tone blends blunt opinions with humor, making the conversations portable for industry listeners and golf enthusiasts who want actionable takeaways on sponsorships, event logistics, and media coverage. A standout is the mix of veteran players, course professionals, and media-savvy insiders, which creates a clearly niche yet broadly entertaining view of modern golf and its business side.
