我們的人生中，無處不需要進行操作。這個「操作」，不只是對於實體的器械做出調整，而是對於看不見的，生活中的各個面向，做出行動。
因為喜歡分享，所以這位很懂「操作」的主持人Jin開始寫部落格，開始做Podcast。取名「 操作一下」，就是希望能分享人生面向的不同操作，包含各領域達人的經驗，以及自己的閱讀心得等。
Jin過去曾遇到各式各樣他人的提問，他認為，「與其貼人家的文章，我不如自己整理。」
藉由這樣的資訊彙整與文章撰寫，讓他除了在回答別人時更有說服力外，也增加了自己的理解。然而，在現今這影像化、資訊爆炸的時代，Jin覺得，不是每個人都有時間與心力閱讀文章，於是又開了Podcast節目，邀請各領域的來賓，從運動領域到商業領域、從醫師到紳士，讓聽眾聽見更多不同領域的資訊外，自己也能更深入該領域，開啟了更多的人脈。
