  • From 5 stars to 3 stars

Dan left, negative Bik came in. The show is spiraling. Used to be one of my favorites to listen to. Can’t hardly finish an episode anymore. Bik needs to stop talking so much. All he does is whine and complain and bash everyone. It gets old. We know the season sucks. But yeah go ahead and keep pounding that into our heads. Won’t be listening for a while. Hopefully you find a good replacement for Dan…he’s missed.

  • Best hockey show around

These legends of radio for hockey nuts like me, #factsonly that’s their show! And apart from the odd water bottle mishap and mishap with co-hosts names, just a great bit of entertainment

  • Great show!

I especially love Dan Riccios coverage of any and all Canucks Italian relations. Very very very thorough Italian coverage. If you need to know how to pronounce provolone or lasagna. Or even a soccer players name?! He’s got you covered. Don’t know what Sat does. But Italian Dan is great!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Will Scouch on Prospects Surging Up The List
Q: What players have surged up the list this year and why?
Scouch highlights several names like Malte Gustafsson and Caleb Malhotra, noting their improved performances and how their toolsets translate to the modern game, while also explaining that some players have climbed due to environment and development paths, not just raw numbers.
In The Booth: The Youth Movement
Q: Would be interested to hear your guys' thoughts on some of the Canucks' potential draft picks from the top three, excited for it, and any possible emergency episodes of In The Booth this off season?
The discussion centers on Gavin McKenna and Ivar Stenberg as leading top-three options, with Keaton Verhoff also in the running; Chase Reed and Caleb Malhotra are mentioned as other intriguing prospects, and there's emphasis on balancing best player available with positional needs, especially around right-shot defensemen.
Don Taylor Talks Canucks Lottery Draft and Potential Re-Signings
Q: What does finishing third in the draft lottery mean for Vancouver's draft strategy?
The consensus is that finishing third is not ideal because the top two players would likely be the best impact talent, but many see third as a real chance to land a top prospect while keeping options open for future trades or building depth.
Post Game: One Way LA Traffic
Q: What did Adam Foote identify as the key factor behind the late-game goals and overall performance?
Foote pointed to turnovers and a failure to clean up mistakes in front of the net as critical issues, while highlighting that a strong second period was not enough to overcome a defensive breakdown that allowed three unanswered goals.
Post Game: Shark Spoilers
Q: What stood out for you in tonight's win?
Karlsson emphasized the team's collective effort, the sustained pressure, and the timely goals that turned the game around, especially the late tying goal and the shootout winner.
