  • Always Entertaining

I’m not really a Canuck fan, especially with what they have and haven’t done since 94. That being said this show is very entertaining. I listen to Red Wing podcasts and none come close to this show.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

February 24th 2026
Q: What would you try and accomplish if you were the GM of the Canucks right now?
You would want to listen to other teams' interests and decide what players to move based on potential return while being careful not to trade all veterans.
February 26th 2026
Q: What does Braeden Cootes think about his experience playing with the Sedin twins as part of his development process?
He feels lucky and fortunate to have experienced Hall of Famers supporting him and that they keep in touch regularly to monitor his progress.
February 26th 2026
Q: What was Braeden Cootes' reaction to being traded from Seattle to Prince Albert?
He felt it was a big change but was excited about the opportunity to compete for a championship with the Raiders.
February 27th 2026
Q: What did you find interesting from Jim Rutherford's recent appearance?
His comments about aiming for the playoffs next year, which is unrealistic given the current roster. The focus should be on building towards a Stanley Cup rather than settling for playoff appearances.
February 27th 2026
Q: So what are you hearing about the Canucks, Tyler Myers, everything one week out?
The Myers situation appears to be something of a staring contest. The Canucks are motivated to sell their unrestricted free agents and need to move players like Garland, including potential trade talks around Myers.
