This is institutional care, which is delightful if you have a relatively straight forward pathology. However, once Sloan has established that you are not going to help their statistics, you get dumped. Of course this is not verbalized rather you intuit their indifference. Maybe bc Dr Reidy was much , much younger, she avoided my dying wife when there was bad news and sent in a proxy to give updates.
