  • Ok, but lazy fact checking.

Happy know there are a growing number of podcasts trying to seek truth. Unfortunately, this host will say things that he isn’t sure about, passing them off as true (ex. Natural gas is a renewable. resource; being a Zionist is a “sinister thing”).

This being said, there are better Canadian podcasts that don’t spread misinformation (Laura-Lynn, Candice Malcolm, True North News…)

I really hope this host can get it together because he seems sincere. Sadly, shows like this are what give the right ... more

  • Best Canadian Politics podcast!

It’s become quite evident, especially in the last few days, that the so-called alternative media is either stupid or controlled. Best podcast by far.

  • I really don't like the new song at all. While I'm being honest, I listen to the podcast to get facts. I don't care for the repetitive comments and opinion. We know your position. To the point of ad nauseam. That's a bit harsh, I know. But it causes me to leap over huge parts of the podcast to avoid it.

  • TV rots brains

There are few better places to get facts and data on world events, today. Every episode is a learning experience and all of it is verifiable, (if truth matters that much to you - and it should).

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

2304 Covid Redux: The Energy Lockdown
Q: Do you affirm Quebec's right to use the not-withstanding clause in this specific case should it choose to do so?
The guest response emphasizes that the government is considering the question, with the immigration/Constitutional context being complex; the dialogue suggests caution about constitutional tools and a need for more explicit constitutional limits, while underscoring provincial rights as a counterbalance to federal overreach.
2268 Cost of Living Crisis Continues to Explode, Government Takes No Notice
Q: So you, correct me if I'm wrong, believe that the introduction to private health care in Canada could take the strain off of the public health care system?
The guest believes that introducing private healthcare would alleviate burdens on the public system, as Canada's current health care monopoly leads to inefficiencies.
2233 China and the Damage Done
Q: What do you think and what are the expectations for this trip to China?
My expectations are not very great, especially regarding the US's relationship with China.
2223 Rampant Fraud
Q: Do you think that things will change because of bringing attention to this, or do you think it will be much the same?
There better be change. Investigations have been launched just from that video alone.
2210 Engineered Majority Still Seems to be the Play
Q: What does the episode suggest about the integrity of political leadership within OneBC?
The episode suggests there are serious concerns about instability and unethical behavior within OneBC's leadership, particularly relating to Dallas Brodi's conduct and the subsequent fallout.

Frequently Asked Questions About CanadaPoli

What is CanadaPoli about and what kind of topics does it cover?

A sharp, opinion-forward show that tackles daily Canadian politics and policy with a provocative, skeptical lens. Episodes repeatedly scrutinize government programs, surveillance, energy and infrastructure, and the influence of powerful actors on the economy, often challenging mainstream narratives and media coverage. The host combines data-driven references with pointed, sometimes conspiratorial takes, creating a conversation that appeals to listeners who want quick, candid takes on current affairs and policy implications for Canada's future. A notable edge is the willingness to frame policy debates as power struggles among elites, which can feel provocative or polarizing but remains highly engaging for a dedicated political audience.
