  • Very informative

Thank you kindly Jasmine for the great work that you do. I sometimes wish the episodes were longer, but I appreciate the amount of work that goes into these and guts it takes to not just go along with the norm. It is nice to see that someone reporting the news, can open and confident about being traditional or conservative. You see the regime media misrepresenting themselves as if they’re unbiased when they are clearly left leaning. Also, it is refreshing to see you even give credit to the other... more

  • Gaslighting

Jasmine - You are gaslighting us. Mr. Poilievre lost an election he started 20 points up; he lost thé riding he’d held for 20 years; he is losing MPs; and he’s close to losing a majority to the Carney liberals. He’s 25 points under water to Carney for preferred PM. Canadians do not back him.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

‘There's Only One Reason..." | Andrew Scheer Sounds The Alarm Stifled Fraud Investigations
Q: But for people who don't follow parliamentary procedure, what actually changes for Canadians when that happens?
The changes are about the opposition having more power to bring motions, to compel testimony, and to access documents, which used to be possible when the opposition had the majority on committees; with the new majority, those oversight tools are being curtailed, and cameras may be shut off, limiting accountability.
“That's the opposite of Canada” | Melissa Lantsman Sends Message To Ottawa Establishment
Q: What issues do you think Canadians are not paying enough attention to?
Attention should turn to the broader question of Canadian identity and what it means to be proudly Canadian, beyond partisan fights, and to the real-life consequences for working-class Canadians who are falling behind despite loud political messaging.
“That's the opposite of Canada” | Melissa Lantsman Sends Message To Ottawa Establishment
Q: At this stage in the game, what do you see as the line between incompetence and intentionality in government actions?
The guest describes it as a pattern rather than isolated mistakes, arguing that repeated actions behind closed doors suggest a deliberate strategy rather than mere error, especially when they affect everyday Canadians.
Is Trump the Problem? U.S. Drops BOMBSHELL: “It gets twisted here in Canada.”
Q: Given the rhetoric and political discourse, how should Canadians and Americans interpret the state of their relationship and the real-world impacts on businesses and livelihoods?
The guest emphasizes the importance of focusing on concrete outcomes—jobs, trade volumes, and security collaborations—while noting that misperceptions and media framing can distort the perceived hostility, urging a pragmatic view of cooperation in North America.
Is Trump the Problem? U.S. Drops BOMBSHELL: “It gets twisted here in Canada.”
Q: What do you make of the claim that the international order is crumbling and the rupture in the Canada–U.S. relationship?
The guest acknowledges concerns about a rupture yet points to ongoing cooperation, shared trade, and defense relationships, arguing that while rhetoric has intensified, practical ties such as 85% tariff-free trade and NORAD cooperation remain intact and functional.
