Dr Turner is very well spoken, and does an excellent job on the podcast! So happy to have found Campus Chronicles! There’s no silly banter or excessive nonsense to extend the story. I’m very impressed and look forward to watching you grow the podcast! Thank you for a top notch show!!
A remarkable podcast. No side banter unless it's the host's own opinion about the case, which I love to hear from her. There's a huge amount of time spent on research because the episodes are very detailed and deep dived but at the same time the episodes aren't extremely long, just the right length and full of info.
I listen to a lot of true crime. This is very well done without annoying banter. She also warns you have serious the crime will be at the beginning of the show.
Volume level of the Podcast is too low requiring the volume to be turned up which means the show opening music blasts loud along with the commercials. Very annoying.
I generally like this podcast mainly it's content/host. As a college professor I'm surprised she doesn't pronounce sorority names correctly, Alpha Phi is pronounced Alpha Fee Not Alpha Fie. Also the constant misogyny, racism & the victim was an activist blah blah commentary is a bit much, but the host is charming enough to pull it off.
