A few months ago, an older (white) friend asked me what this systemic racism business was. I didn't know how to explain it well, I sounded like a warmed-over academic paper!
This show is the opposite: it's clear and vivid, and includes a ton of good examples that will stick me for when Thanksgiving dinner rolls around.

A clear and compelling explanation of systemic racism and how it affects POC. If you’re even the slightest bit curious about what the term means, even if you’re a skeptic, give this a listen. It may make you look at things in a way you haven’t before, and maybe you might just change your opinion about whether or not it exists. (Hint— it does. I haven’t experienced it personally because I’m a white middle age woman).
