  • Warranted 5 Stars!!!

I never leave reviews, but always listen to podcasts. I’m changing what I listen to and my self love is growing stronger. Podcasts like this are the reason. New fav podcast. (I only wanted to add that I still want to give 5 stars , but every other word you say is “right?”) Almost to the point of “I can’t listen anymore… I will continue to because I still want to give 5 stars , idk maybe it’s just me… “right?” 😅💕

Wow I am so inspired by this show. It’s so real and talks about life stuff I have experienced myself as a mother, entrepreneur and Mexican American woman. I have really enjoyed the topics and learned a lot. I’m glad to know I’m not alone in feeling failure at some point in my life.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

161. Why You Can't Find Your Purpose: Quiet Grief, Identity Shifts & Clarity with Nicole O. Salmon
Q: How can someone dealing with identity shifts and grief move toward clarity and action?
Acknowledge the losses, grieve with God, and engage in community and accountability; clarity grows when you're in motion, not when you overthink. Start with small steps, identify what energizes you, and lean into the next instruction God provides.
161. Why You Can't Find Your Purpose: Quiet Grief, Identity Shifts & Clarity with Nicole O. Salmon
Q: What does it look like for a woman to live in her purpose today, and how is it different from merely discovering a calling?
Purpose is a lifestyle grounded in who you are in Christ, not a single destination; it deepens and shifts with seasons, but remains focused on glorifying God. The practical path involves unboxing identity, aligning life areas, and creating a strategic plan that translates purpose into action day by day.
152. Master Your Time & Stop Overwhelm: Productivity Tips with Time Management Coach Anna Dearmon Kornick (REWIND)
Q: What two quick action steps would you recommend to someone overwhelmed with their time management?
First, get everything out of your head and onto paper (a mind sweep), then categorize into must do, should do, could do, and want to; then tackle the must do items first to regain control and direction.
152. Master Your Time & Stop Overwhelm: Productivity Tips with Time Management Coach Anna Dearmon Kornick (REWIND)
Q: Could you explain a little more about burnout and what time management coaching entails?
Anna explains that burnout comes from a calendar that doesn't reflect your values, and a coaching approach that starts with understanding you—your personality, core values, and what matters most—so time management becomes a personalized, heart-driven system rather than a generic set of steps.
160. The Systems That Set You Free: How to Organize Your Life & Business (Time Management for Entrepreneurs) with Chelsi Jo Moore REWIND
Q: What does it really mean to systemize your life and your business, and why is it important?
Chelsi explains that systemizing means creating a repeatable framework that can adapt to different days and life circumstances, which gives you autonomy, joy, and a reliable path to getting tasks done efficiently, ultimately delivering more freedom and consistency.
