    Karen gives me permission to stop bending over backwards. The older I have gotten it is as if I feel that I need to be nicer. It has become more and more painful. I have been supporting people who I employ without getting value for my money and time. My unrenewable resource of time is running out. It is only now, hearing Karen, that I realize that the contortions I am making are painful and obsceneI have worked all my life, since age 14. I am now 81.
