I was fortunate enough to take Chandresh’s classes at the den in Los Angeles several years ago. From my first class his teachings resonated with me. I’d been meditating for many years prior but his explanations made it so much easier to recommit to a regular practice. There is no judgment and he explains tantra so we can all relate to it. His teachings help me every day and I’m grateful to him for being here for us all.
