I really enjoy Break the Cycle with Dr. Mariel, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in all things trauma, through the generations. I just listened to the episode with Sheleana Aiyana about the layers of ourselves that require work in order to break the cycle. Thank you for the invaluable takeaways.
I love the topics discussed however my first time listening to the podcast the first thing I noticed was how softly Dr. Mariel speaks and I had to keep adjusting the volume when her guest would speak then when Dr Mariel would speak, which was frustrating.
So happy I can listen to this!! I’m ready for this journey! I’ve been addicted to your content since I found you on TikTok in 2021! With your tidbit videos it’s helped me soooo much!! This podcast is going to be fire!!
As a psychologist, these topics have been missing from my training and are so vital, but also accessible to everyone. Dr. Buque provides deep and incisive wisdom with compassion and generously brings her whole self to each moment. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
