As a person who suffers with anxiety, this podcast is great for people like me. There are a lot of scary things in the world but how we overcome them is all different and Jess helps with her instagram and now podcast to let you know the little things that are scary to you are normal. This podcast has brought me so much joy and I know it will for you too!
