  • Real and Funny!

I just love Brant and Sherry so very much much! I listen every day, if there’s not a new one then I listen to an old one. There is such a deep honesty and a deep love of Jesus and of people. I feel like they are my friends although I’ve never met them. They make me laugh and make me think deeply and examine my own heart. I thank God for their show!!

2369 SPECIAL PODCAST - Dr. Lee Warren
Q: Walk me through what self-brain surgery looks like for anxiety and how someone could start applying it.
The core idea is to recognize that many anxious feelings are brain-generated and often not truthful. By becoming curious about what you're feeling, engaging your frontal lobes, and asking whether there is actually something dangerous, you can interrupt reactive patterns and gradually build better habits of thinking that reduce anxiety.
2360 Special Podcast: Interview w/Marty Solomon
Q: What do you hope readers come away with after reading your book?
A trustful belief in their belovedness can shift everything, enabling them to love their enemies without needing to protect themselves.
2360 Special Podcast: Interview w/Marty Solomon
Q: How does seeing ourselves defined by sin affect our self-image and how we treat others?
When the story starts from a place of identity as sinfulness, it becomes about what I'm not versus what I am. Instead, starting with belovedness allows for a more constructive narrative.
2351 We're Making Tiny Dioramas
Q: How do I model Jesus in this situation?
You can pray for the person and find ways to bless him, which will help you react in a Christ-like manner.
Oddcast Rewind ep 40 Dilemma Street & Singleness
Q: How do I find contentment with where I am currently at, but not abandon the God-given desire for a spouse?
It's normal to want a spouse, but it's crucial to build a life for yourself with interests and connections beyond just that desire.
