The podcast is just awesome, instead of using it to fall asleep I use it when I am bored. But please do an episode on the German invasion of Crete in WW2.
Semi-insomniac here. I can never shut off my mind. I stumbled across this podcast and it does it for me. It’s soothing, interesting enough not to actually bore me, but I easily fall asleep, waking later to a completely different story from what I started with but that’s fine. Good work.
Love this podcast! Fascinating history and such a wonderful narrator. However- I DON’T use it to fall asleep because there are commercials - loud - that interrupt each episode at a random time and jolt you out of slumber!. I wish there were a way to subscribe and get it commercial free! Then I WOULD use it to fall asleep. In the meantime I’ll keep enjoying it at other times.
This is the only sleep podcast that really helps me fall asleep. I can’t believe there are over 400 episodes I haven’t listened to yet. It’s 9:07PM Tue Jun 30 right now. Could you please move the ads to the beginning or end of the episode. This is all I have to say tonight.
I listened to the latest show last night and found the show almost too interesting, but that was ok. What was not ok are the LOUD ads randomly inserted. Literally jarred me awake, which ruins it.
