  • Wonderfully hypnotic

Teddy is a lifesaver! I've given up my sleep meds and Teddy sends me to Dreamland before he even starts the night's reading. I will admit though, sometimes I struggle to stay awake because the topic fascinates me. Thank you Teddy!

  • Zzzz

    Sleep podcasts suffer from

Goldilocks syndrome. Too loud, too fast paced, inflection changes, midroll ads.

This one nails it…it’s just right 🥱

  • I use this podcast almost every night... Now, instead of getting anxious when I feel wakeful in the night, I just listen to Teddy's wonderfully monotone voice telling me some very boring information about tractors or fences or something dull like that, and I find I drift off pretty quickly. Thanks so much for doing these podcasts, it's been life changing for me!!
