  • Really works

I was staying at a Vegas hotel where the pool party music was so loud until 4am. I found this app and played it through my ear buds and slept through the racket. It was amazing. I listened to the same episode repeatedly and never stayed up for more than a few sentences.

  • Incredibly Boring

Teddy has bored me to sleep every night for almost 2 years now. I’ve listened to every episode and can’t tell you what any of them were about. Something about his voice, lack of inflection and pacing, along with his utterly boring story choice makes it impossible to engage. My mind just does what he suggests at the beginning, which is to slowly fall asleep. Thank you very much Teddy!

  • Asleep before the story even starts.

I mean nearly every night I’m asleep before he’s done with the first sentence. He’s boring and I mean that as a compliment. This is my melatonin.
