I desperately need help or guidance. Your podcast has helped me but at the same time opening all emotional floodgates making my day to day so difficult. Nothing makes sense to me anymore. I see a therapist but can’t get in often enough, I take medication but all it does is subdue my symptoms or make me feel even more emotionally numb. I tried a few episodes. I was losing my patience as he consistantly drags out his sentences. Didn't get much from it. I don't mind cursing- but it sounded forced and unfunny.
Only has done one interview so far, but asked good questions, and allowed guest to express her memories and thoughts and feelings without interrupting, but kept it on track/topic. Related to her without making it about himself. I wish he could've talked to her longer. Should definitely do more interviews.
