Boob to Food - the podcast, is brought to you by Luka McCabe and Kate Holm. There is so much noise in the parenting space (and we don't mean the tantruming toddler). We understand that it can feel confusing, conflicting and overwhelming. That's why we are bringing our years of experience as a midwife, nutritionist and naturopath - and mothers of 5 children between us, to help other mothers and fam... more

How disappointing to make such a disgusting post about kids growing up in housing commission and instead of learning and taking accountability, apologising and educating yourself, when people kindly point out your insensitive and problematic comment you delete and block them all and don’t apologise/reflect. Not the person I want to be supporting and will be spreading the word. Was a big fan and realise people make mistakes but this is gross.
I’ve just started listening to this podcast and have quickly consumed all of the older episodes. I especially love the episodes regarding sleep (so relatable) and starting solids. Luka thank you for creating a book that has so much information for a first time mum starting solids, and including whole foods- it really aligns to how my husband and I eat, and I love that we can feed our baby the same way.
Also keep up the personal update episodes. I love getting to know the hosts behind podcasts j... more
This is one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to. I discovered so many great thought-leaders, like Dr Billy Garvey and Lael Stone, through this podcast. I also purchased the toddler to table book and learned so much. I’m just really bummed they decided to have a new format of all the new episodes being “on brand” as they said about starting solids. I’m confused because the latest book is about toddlers and older kiddos. I would appreciate content on that because although everything they ... more
Absolutely love this podcast! Informative and relatable. I use Luka’s recipes on a weekly basis and am loving the additional and different information being covered on the poddy. Well done girls!

I enjoyed the dental one and quite a few of the food based ones, but can see that the ladies themselves do not believe all ‘mainstream’ health advice or are hesitant to tackle the elephant in the room (fluoride).
I found the ep on postpartum bodies really frustrating as there was no acknowledging that these were 3 straight sized white women who have ‘skinny privilege’. When Luka referred to ‘morbidly ... more
