Tina Vibe er væverleder på Blindes Arbejde, hvor de væver bl.a. puder og viskestykker. De har vunder en designerpris for deres HOU-puder.
I denne særudgave af "Blind på job" er Mark Sonne taget på besøg på Refsnæsskolen i Kalundborg. Her møder han en flok efterskoleelever med svært synshandicap, og får en snak med de unge om deres fremtidsdrømme.
Mark Sonne møder den blinde Nicolai Mittet, der arbejder som musikpædagog på et psykiatrisk bosted.
