The content is ACES, I listen to it weekly and the topics + personalities are so fun to listen to!
My issue is strictly around the loudness of the recordings are wildly lower than any other podcast as well as the advertisements. This results in needing to increase the volume on my device(s) to listen to the podcast, and then being startled when an ad comes up, as well as racing to reduce the volume when the podcast ends so that my next podcast in the queue isn’t blasting into my headphones.

A recurring draw is the hosts' playful debates and deep dives into mechanics and lore, paired with behind-the-scenes teases from fan conventions and new releases. The show stands out for its enthusiastic, joke-heavy vibe, its willingness to discuss imperfect product launches (like game DLC or streaming sentiment) candidly, and its habit of integrating fan-submitted questions and Discord activity into episodes.
