I’m going to be a first time mom and I’ve been terrified of giving birth. This podcast is really helping demystify things, and that’s after I’ve read multiple books about what to expect. It’s great to hear from both experts and regular people in each episode. Highly recommend listening to this podcast- I just hope all of the episodes drop before I give birth in a few months!
Love babylist - podcast is so good
This is unlike any other podcast about birth I’ve ever heard. It feels so much more real and down to earth, and I love Jo. Can’t wait for more episodes!
I love that it has really good experts but also real parents and their stories.
