I LOVE this podcast! Kristen is so wise and experienced, and has a lot of great knowledge about all things pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. So thankful that she shares that wisdom and research in this podcast! I’m not even pregnant (have two littles of my own) and I still enjoy listening! Thanks for the great info!
I love this podcast so much. Very insightful and I can’t recommend to my clients.

Kristen balances excellent research and a professional quality of information with personal anecdotes and a humourous but passionate commitment to families. I am so grateful to have found this podcast before my second pregnancy. I listened to the fertility episode which helped me conceive through lunaception! Continuing to get to know Kristen’s work and family through my pregnancy has helped me become a more intuitive and confident mother. Thank you Kristen!!!
