Love this Podcast as a guy who struggled with my weight I find a lot of the resources out there target into women. These are just two regular guys telling it as it is I’m looking at it from a guys perspective. I love the mix of great stories from Guy that I’ve lost the weight mixed in with expert guest definitely worth a listen.
As someone new to the podcast experience and as an older guy who’s lost weight this is an interesting listen, to hear how younger guys are dealing with this is encouraging. Keep up the good work lads, am now looking forward to the next episode.
This podcast is predominantly aimed at men. However, as a female it has been really insightful to hear that men do in fact face the same challenges as women, they just aren’t as expressive about it (until now). Looking forward to listening to your future podcasts guys. Keep it coming
Can’t wait to listen in and see what you have lined up.
It’s been far too long without anyone covering this subject and hopefully it will inspire me and others to push forward or continue on their weight loss journey!
Well done guys 👏👏👏
