  • A Different Take on Weight Loss

As someone new to the podcast experience and as an older guy who’s lost weight this is an interesting listen, to hear how younger guys are dealing with this is encouraging. Keep up the good work lads, am now looking forward to the next episode.

  • Not just for men 😜

This podcast is predominantly aimed at men. However, as a female it has been really insightful to hear that men do in fact face the same challenges as women, they just aren’t as expressive about it (until now). Looking forward to listening to your future podcasts guys. Keep it coming
