Bible Threads has truly been a blessing. It has connected the Bible in ways that have expanded my knowledge that no other teaching has done. The enhanced insights have carried over to other Bible studies. The podcast has let me live my life with more confidence and joy.
All the episodes are very interesting and in depth. However, this one grabbed my curiosity and attention so much that I had to write a review. Dr. Becker is always so honest with the topics and will show you links to other parts of the Bible that you never saw before.
This series is so interesting. Dr. Becker does an excellent job detailing bible history. I listen to this podcast on my walk each day, and it makes the time fly. This is a series I will go back and listen to again.
I listened to Grace and Peace episode through You Version. Now I have added The Bible Threads to my podcast library. 20 mins packed with Biblical insights threading the OT and NT together is purely amazing! Encouraged!
I have learned so much from listening to Dr. Becker. This is so well researched and presented in a way that’s easy to listen to and understand. We don’t get lost in the theological granular weeds the way we can with a lot of today’s Bible podcasts.
There’s so much richness to the Bible that non-scholars like me could never uncover on my own—which is why I’m glad to learn something new each time I listen to this podcast!

A Bible-focused, expository show that threads together biblical themes across many books, highlighting how stories and motifs connect from Genesis to Revelation. With a scholar-host who bridges rigorous study and practical application, episodes explore topics like living out faith in daily life, the nature of God as light, and symbolic images (stones, altars, prophets) to illuminate salvation history. The format combines deep scriptural analysis with accessible teaching, inviting listener questions and encouraging personal growth and community engagement. A standout aspect is the ongoing “threads” concept, which helps listeners see coherence across the Bible and apply insights to everyday life, worship, and outreach.
