Also positiv gesprochen würde ich zu dem Podcast sagen: Bei der enormen Spannweite an Wissen und Lebenslagen, die Betreuung abdecken soll, ist es kaum möglich, alles zu wissen.
Andererseits bin ich, wie im Podcast auch immer wieder gesagt wird, schockiert, dass bis vor einigen Jahren noch nicht mal das hier vorgestellte Wissen vorausgesetzt wurde.
