With these two episodes we experience a bit of tonal whiplash following so close on the heels of the excellent and very dark Identity Crisis, but there's some good stuff to be found. Point of No Return is a solidly decent episode, although at times w... more
Out of nowhere comes Identity Crisis, an episode which quickly has become of one our favorite episodes in the entire series. It's probably most comparable to Twin Suns in Rebels as a one-off with a strong message and intense story telling. Let's jump... more
A strong return to form for the Bad Batch with a returning character that we all knew was going to show up. Asajj Ventress returning is everything we hoped it would be, and it's great to see her back in top form. Let's jump in! more
The show takes a bit of an odd departure in this episode, splitting up into A and B plots where the A plot features an old bounty hunter friend but unfortunately doesn't do a lot to move the plot forward or to world build, while the B plot features m... more

I would give this 501 stars, but unfortunately you are only allowed five. Soooooo good, my favorite podcast by far and my go to for opinions on everything Star Wars. I honestly can not give them enough praise. Merc and Kyt have real discussions and are not swayed by the general Star Wars community’s opinions. Please try, you will not regret it! Thank you so much Kyt and Mercules! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If you couldn’t tell from my first sentence, I love clones and my fav is Rex and the 501 boys)
If you are looking for deep thoughts, film theory base analysis of the Star Wars content you are in the right place. The frustration these people suffer from the so call fans complaints of the new Disney SW is so compelling and relatable. They clearly do their homework and go above and beyond to make this podcast and when they see the audiences just spit none sense without any contemplation is tedious and confounding! more
Love the pod. It’s an informative way to relive the Star Wars media I’ve watched. TortugasFM
I’ve been listening since this show was on a different network and I’ve enjoyed every single episode. These two men genuinely appreciate all Star Wars and seek to understand more than just what is presented. They deep dive into fun facts, continuity of shows and movies, and refuse to dwell on any negative media or influence. more
Generally speaking I like to enjoy Star Wars. It is a fun universe, I love it, but I don't take it that seriously (I mean I don't get mad about it, I do SERIOUSLY love Star Wars). For me, my Star Wars fandom is about enjoying the magic of an expansive lived-in space-fantasy setting with space wizards, brave knights, evil villains, princesses, dashing rogues, and a complex mythology (a lot like Lord of the Rings, but IN SPACE!). Beneath Twin Suns is the only podcast I know of that approaches Star... more
